Wests Tigers will head in to Saturday's clash against the Sydney Roosters with a near-identical side to the one that took down the Sea Eagles last Sunday afternoon.

After producing the biggest comeback in Club history since 2010, Coach Ivan Cleary has named the same 21-man squad for Saturday's showdown against the Roosters, with vice-captain Chris Lawrence named in the back row after missing last week's game with a pectoral injury.

Listed in the Club's Round 24 Injury Report, Lawrence may be available for the contest despite missing last week's game, should he pull through better than expected with his recovery.

If Lawrence is unavailable, Cleary may follow last week's late change which saw Michael Chee Kam move to the edge and Josh Aloiai to the bench — both of whom produced strong performances as Wests Tigers overcame a 14-point half-time deficit to win.

Matt McIlwrick has also been named despite failing a concussion test in Sunday's win, and will be monitored throughout the week as he goes through the necessary protocols.

Local junior Sauaso Sue will play Game #99 in Wests Tigers colours this Saturday and will chalk up the century the following Friday night at Campbelltown Stadium against the Cowboys.

For the Roosters, Coach Trent Robinson will welcome back fullback Michael Gordon for this week's important match against Wests Tigers following a last-start loss to the Storm.

Gordon's return from a pectoral injury sees Connor Watson drop back to the interchange bench, while Victor Radley drops out of the 17 and has been listed amongst the reserves.

With winger Blake Ferguson nursing a shoulder injury from last week's loss to the Storm, Joseph Manu will likely be held as cover for the winger while Latrell Mitchell and Ryan Matterson have been named once again on the left with Daniel Tupou (groin) unavailable.

Returning from injury last week, Jake Friend and Boyd Cordner both got through the 80 minutes — allowing Radley to drop out of the 17 — and will be ready to go this Saturday.

Be there for our final Campbelltown game of season 2017 as we take on the North Queensland Cowboys on August 25!
