It was a good weekend for Wests Tigers first-grade side as they bounced back with a win, but the club's lower grades couldn't replicate that result with close defeats.
Ivan Cleary's side made it seven wins for season 2018 on Sunday when they came from behind to beat the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs 14-10, thanks in part to the return of Josh Reynolds from injury.
On Saturday, both the Jersey Flegg and Intrust Super Premiership sides went down in thrilling finishes, with the Cronulla Sharks and Newtown Jets just getting the better of the two at Lidcombe Oval.
In Round 13, Wests Tigers will travel to Allianz Stadium to take on an Origin-depleted Sydney Roosters in NRL on Sunday, while Jersey Flegg will face the Dragons at Campbelltown Sports Stadium on Saturday.
The Intrust Super Premiership side is on the bye, currently sitting second on the competition ladder.
