Pathways Preview: April 15

There are three games in store this weekend for our pathways and women's teams including an SG Ball Cup Elimination Final at Campbelltown.

Jersey Flegg Cup (U/21s)

Wests Tigers’ Jersey Flegg Cup side takes on the Dragons at Lidcombe Oval this Saturday, with both teams locked on 6 competition points.

In an extremely tight competition, only two points separates the 3rd placed Bulldogs and the 9th placed Wests Tigers.

The home side will be boosted by the returns of key performers such as Zane Camroux and NRL development player Josh Feledy, as well as NRL Top 30 member Lomi Saukuru.

Harvey Norman NSW Women’s Premiership

Wests Tigers play their final match of the Women’s Premiership season this weekend, taking on a star-studded Steelers' side at Lidcombe Oval.

Fresh off a win over Wentworthville in Round 10, Christian Pio will captain Wests Tigers in this clash, with the forward recently announced as one of the club’s inaugural signings to compete in the NRLW competition later this year.

The likes of Tiana-Lee Thorne and Iemaima Etuale will make their Women’s Premiership debuts in Round 11 after graduating from Wests Tigers’ Tarsha Gale Cup side.

Note: This match will be streamed live on NSWRLTV via Facebook.

UNE SG Ball Cup (U/19s) - Western Suburbs

Western Suburbs take on Parramatta in an SG Ball Cup Elimination Final this Saturday, in what is sure to be an absolute blockbuster at Campbelltown.

The return of Jordan Miller to the Magpies side means that Wests are largely at full-strength for this clash, with the Kit Laulilii-led outfit looking to progress to a Preliminary Final next weekend with a win.

The battle of the hookers will be key to deciding this one, with Tallyn Da Silva and Matthew Arthur proving to be two of the best dummy halves in the SG Ball competition in 2023.

Note: This match will be streamed live on NSWRLTV via Facebook.
