Lily Rogan joined Wests Tigers ahead of the 2025 NRLW season after captaining the Illawarra Steelers to their maiden Harvey Norman NSW Women’s Premiership title in 2024.
A standout centre, Rogan was named Player of the Match in the Steelers' derby win over the Dragons and played a pivotal role in their Grand Final victory over the Knights.
She made her NRLW debut with the Sydney Roosters in 2023 and has progressed through the Steelers' junior pathways, including the Tarsha Gale Cup.
At just 21, Rogan brings leadership, professionalism, and a strong defensive presence to the Tigers' backline.
She expressed her enthusiasm about joining the club, stating, “I’m super excited to have signed with Wests Tigers, I really feel like I’m surrounded by people that are really passionate about this team.”
