Wests Tigers Educating Against Violence

In collaboration with the NRL and White Ribbon, Wests Tigers educate junior league participants aged 16 years old on domestic violence and equality. The Voice against Violence workshops use the platform of rugby league and connections with our communities to help increase participants awareness and understanding the serious issues surrounding gender based violence. The rugby league community receive information and practical advice on how to contribute to the prevention of such violence. Participants leave the session feeling a sense responsibility and empowerment to stand up, speak out and take action to contribute to the prevention of violence.
